Simply fill out your maintenance request on your Tenant Portal, you can upload photos and/or video of the issue and NBRE will get on it ASAP, and we’ll address your maintenance issue swiftly. If it’s an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call 719.551.8742.
*If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Repair or damage caused by resident(s) or their guest(s) negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials, if applicable. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will also be paid by you. NBRE highly encourages troubleshooting prior to calling for maintenance requests. You can troubleshoot most items using YouTube or with your Property Manager.
Release of Key
Tenants understand that if they do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, they will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property during normal business hours and/or weekends.
